LFC CHILI COOK-OFF, ROCK PAINTING, AND GAME DAY
On Sunday, July 16, the LFC Fellowship Activities Committee will hold a Chili Cook-off, Rock Painting, and Game Day at the Town Hall, immediately after church.
We invite you to bring your best chili for the chili cook-off, competing for the winner’s prize of a $25 Chili’s gift card. A chili signup sheet will be available at church, beginning Sunday, July 2. Carolyn Bartholomew (772-345-0968) is organizing the food.
Deena Dooley (954-881-2277) is leading the rock painting activity, in conjunction with PSL Rocks “The City.” We will take a picture of all rock painting participants with their rocks and post it to Facebook. Participants can hide their rocks anywhere they would like, knowing that the rocks may be found and either kept or hidden again by the finder.
Finally, we will have games for all ages. Feel free to bring a game that you like or just come to play. If you would like to help with the games, please sign the signup sheet or contact George Scheuerlein at 772-345-4943.
Be sure to dress casually on Sunday, July 16, to be ready to play. This will be a fun activity for all.
